Our purpose is to support, educate, and encourage artists and organizations to foster and facilitate local arts development. We believe that everyone should have opportunities to take part in the arts.

The Five Wings Art Council provides grants and services to community groups art and individual artists in Cass, Crow Wing, Morrison, Todd, and Wadena counties, and the residents of the Leech Lake Tribal community.
